You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Many of my clients come in feeling stuck or unsure of what they need—only that something isn’t working.

My role is to help you make sense of what you’re experiencing, understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and begin building a way forward that feels more grounded, clear, and manageable.

  • I work with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, grief, depression, and life transitions. You may feel emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, or like you’re carrying more than you can manage on your own.
     

    Together, we’ll slow things down, explore what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin to shift patterns that no longer serve you. The goal isn’t to just cope—but to feel more steady, clear, and in control of your life.

  • Relationships can feel strained when communication breaks down or patterns repeat. You may find yourselves stuck in the same conflicts, feeling disconnected, or unsure how to move forward together.
     

    I work with couples to create a more supportive, intentional way of relating—improving communication, rebuilding trust, and helping both partners feel heard and understood.

  • Unprocessed trauma and grief can shape how you feel, think, and relate to others—often in ways that are difficult to fully understand.
     

    I provide a grounded, steady space to process these experiences at your pace. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more stable, more connected, and less defined by what you’ve been through.

  • I offer secure, convenient telehealth sessions for clients across Texas. This allows you to access support from the comfort of your own space while maintaining consistency and flexibility in your care.
