You’re Not Alone
You may feel like you’re holding everything together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck underneath it all.
Maybe you’re navigating a difficult relationship, carrying the weight of past experiences, or going through a life transition that’s left you feeling uncertain and drained.
You don’t just want to cope—you want clarity, peace, and lasting change.

About Me
Support For Where You Are
With over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families through crisis, caregiving, and life transitions, I bring a steady, compassionate presence to this work. I help clients navigate anxiety, trauma, grief, and relational challenges with clarity, insight, and practical support.
My clinical training at Capital Area Counseling in Austin, TX allowed me to work with a diverse range of clients navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, and complex relationship dynamics. I understand that many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed—holding everything together on the outside while struggling internally. My role is to help you slow down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and begin to shift patterns that no longer serve you.
